Ah but of course, SkyBroadband! proud to have switched a long time ago, although, I found some of their ads deceiving like, multiple IP Addresses, —> nope, they only have one ip address in a general area, and distribute proxy addresses, meaning, if someone already watched videos from Mega Video, or downloaded stuff from rapidshare, you wont be able to do so again because apparently “You’ve used up the free bandwidth” and they base that on your IP Address.

SERIOUSLY THIS INTERMITTENT CRAP INTERNET IS NOT WHAT I PAY FOR EVERY MONTH. FUCK YOU AND YOUR INCOMPETENT CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVES. All I’m saying is you need to get some training up in that bitch.This is why my boyfriend switched to Sky Broadband. I wish I could do the same, too.
Apparently, PLDT is going through some ‘technical upgrading’ or something like that. Yet i still don’t see why they provide such crappy customer service. For more than a month already, i’ve had to handle a DSL that disconnects every 10 minutes!
Today is just the second day of my free trial with Sky Broadband 3Mbps and i’m quite happier with it. Looking forward to signing that new plan with Sky and surrendering the old modem to PLDT. It was a good couple of years with PLDT myDSL, but now changes have to be made if they cannot even accomodate one of their most loyal customers amid all the problems we had with their service throughout the years.
